More choice means more competition, which ultimately means more competitively priced building quotes. Certain builders can bring their own designs solutions, unique skill sets and valuable experience to specialised builds like narrow or sloping lots of land. It’s how we manage to get the right fit for each of our clients.
Builder Finders are paid by way of commission on each building contract. This commission is shared with your Builder Finders Consultant.
Yes we do. In the builder consumer report with the three tender quotes, there will be a dedicated page showing you how much the builder is paying Builder Finders. We are proud of this transparency.
Yes, your Builder Finders Consultant will highlight which builders have the flexibility to choose your own suppliers.
This depends on your personal situation and the product you choose. But as a rule, it’s a minimum of 5% up to 20%.
